At SONAL FAB, we aim to provide quality bags and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or different product from what you ordered, you may request a return or replacement according to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories, if applicable.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through the applicable payment channel. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received from us, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed as applicable. For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
